You buy by the container and sell on in your market. We build the models your customers already ask for and keep every drawing, so a repeat order is a model number away.
Your logo, colours, door lettering and packaging — no branding fee. The cabinet leaves our factory as your product.
A drawing, a BOQ line or a photo of the cabinet you are replacing is enough. A new size carries no tooling or mould charge.
Everything an importer needs to sell the cabinet in their own market.
Most importers start small, check the cabinet with their own customers, then move to containers.
MOQ: carbon steel 50, stainless steel 30, foam hydrant systems 10 units — first orders can be smaller. We approve a sample with you before the batch runs.
Once the sample is approved, the batch runs to your drawing. Models can be mixed in one container; FOB Xiamen, Shanghai or Shenzhen.
Every approved model keeps its drawing number — reorder by number, with no new sample needed.
What we don’t make: GRP, plastic or timber enclosures · heated cabinets · sheet thinner than 0.8 mm. The cabinet shell carries no UL, FM, LPCB or Kitemark approval. Certificate requirements for your market? Tell us before you order — we will say plainly whether we can meet them.
Production bases in Jingjiang (Jiangsu), Quanzhou (Fujian, 60 km from Xiamen Port) and Kashgar (Xinjiang), with our export center in Wuxi. Together they make 15,000 cabinets a month, scheduled by order. Certified to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and CCCF 3C, with third-party EN 60529 tests for the enclosure. Yes, free of charge: your logo, colours, door lettering, instruction labels and packaging. There is no branding fee and no tooling fee for a new size.
It depends on the model, the size and whether the cabinets ship assembled or knocked-down. Send your model list and we return a loading plan with the quantity per container.
A sample takes about 7 working days after the drawing is approved; mass production takes 25–40 days depending on quantity and finish.
Tell us before you order. We hold CCCF 3C, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and third-party EN 60529 test reports for the enclosure; the cabinet shell carries no UL, FM, LPCB or Kitemark approval, and we do not apply for a country’s certificate on our own. We will say plainly whether we can meet your requirement.
