The steelwork that goes around a fire point when there is no wall to fix to: fire bucket stands with or without a canopy, fire sand boxes fixed or on wheels, extinguisher floor stands, and mobile fire point trolleys. Powder-coated steel or stainless, made to order, supplied in batches to dealers, contractors and industrial buyers rather than as single retail pieces.

Not every fire point has a wall. In yards, tank farms, fuel stations and construction sites the equipment has to stand on its own, stay visible, and survive weather and forklifts. That is what this line is for.
Tank farms, loading yards, timber and scrap stores. A bucket stand or a fire point station puts the equipment where the risk is, on a footprint you can bolt down or move.
Filling stations, LPG stores and fuel depots keep sand buckets beside dry-powder extinguishers because sand still deals with a small liquid spill fire. Stands hold them upright, full, and off the ground.
A mobile fire point trolley moves with the work. Extinguishers, a sand box and tools on one frame, wheeled to wherever the hot work is happening today.
Built to order in the sizes your site needs. The figures below are the configurations most often ordered; the drawing decides the rest.
| Model | Configuration | Typical build | Holds | Finish |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BS-2 | 2-bucket stand | Angle-iron frame, welded, bolt-down feet | 2 × 9 litre buckets | Powder-coated fire red |
| BS-4 | 4-bucket stand (most ordered) | Angle-iron frame with back plate for signage | 4 × 9 litre buckets | Powder-coated fire red |
| BS-4C | 4-bucket stand with canopy | As BS-4 plus a sloped roof | 4 buckets, kept dry | Powder-coated, galvanised option |
| BS-6 | 6-bucket stand | Wider frame, twin uprights | 6 × 9 litre buckets | Powder-coated fire red |
| SB-F | Fire sand box, fixed | Sheet steel body, hinged or lift-off lid, drain | Loose sand plus a scoop | Powder-coated or stainless |
| SB-M | Fire sand box, mobile | Sand box body on a wheeled frame with a pull handle | Loose sand, scoop, optional extinguisher bracket | Powder-coated or stainless |
Buckets are conical or flat-base, about 9 litres and 260 mm diameter, painted red and marked FIRE. We supply the stand alone, or the stand with buckets. Sand is sourced locally — we do not ship it.
| Model | Configuration | Typical build | Holds | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ES-1 | Single extinguisher floor stand | Tubular or folded-sheet upright on a base plate | One portable extinguisher | For lobbies and plant floors with no wall |
| ES-2 | Double extinguisher stand | As ES-1, twin cradles, back plate for signage | Two portable extinguishers | The common configuration for yards |
| FP-S | Fire point station, static | Back panel with extinguisher cradles, bucket rail and tool hooks | Extinguishers, buckets, tools, signage | Bolt-down; the fixed version of a fire point |
| FP-T | Fire point trolley, mobile | Welded frame on pneumatic or solid wheels with a pull handle | Extinguishers, sand box, tools, signage panel | Moves to the hot work; flat-packs for export |
| FP-C | Fire point with cabinet | Stand or trolley with an enclosed cabinet section | Extinguishers plus hose or tools, locked | Where equipment goes missing |
Signage panels are screen-printed to your wording — FIRE POINT, FIRE BUCKETS, or bilingual text for your market — and your dealer branding is free of tooling charge.
These are simple welded and folded steel items, which is exactly why per-piece retail prices in local markets are low. Our advantage is at batch quantities and on OEM branding, shipped in a mixed container with your cabinets.
| Bolt-down | Base plate with fixing holes, for a permanent fire point on a concrete apron. |
| Free-standing | Weighted or wide-footed frames that stand without fixing — for leased sites and temporary works. |
| Mobile | Wheels and a pull handle. Pneumatic wheels for rough yards, solid wheels for smooth floors, with a brake on the trolley versions. |
| Weather protection | Canopy on bucket stands, gasketed lids on sand boxes, galvanised or stainless bodies where the site is wet or salty. |
Tell us the ground surface and whether the point must move; that decides the base, the wheels and the finish more than anything else.
Stands and sand boxes are cut, folded and welded on the same line as our cabinets, so they ship in the same container.
Simple steelwork, so price follows weight, finish and quantity. We quote FOB per model, and these ship well alongside a cabinet order.
FOB pricing within 24 hours from your drawing, photo or description. Tiered by quantity.
Local per-piece prices for bucket stands are low; we are competitive at dealer quantities and on OEM branding, not on single units.
One stand or box built to your drawing in about 7 working days. Sample cost is borne by the buyer and credited against the first order on request.
Most stands flat-pack, which cuts freight sharply. We quote assembled and knocked-down so you can compare.
Free OEM: your brand, colour, signage wording and packaging with no tooling fee.
Sea freight to your named port, FOB Xiamen. Mixed containers with cabinets are the usual arrangement.
Our sand boxes and fire point equipment in service — metro stations, petrol stations and container terminals — plus the production line they come off.

There is no size set by a standard. In practice a 4-bucket stand is the common configuration, built from angle iron to about waist height with a back plate for signage, holding 9 litre buckets of roughly 260 mm diameter. Two and six bucket versions and canopied versions are all made to order.
A fire bucket stand keeps sand or water buckets upright, full, off the ground and visible at a fire point, so they cannot be borrowed for other work or knocked over. Fire buckets are used to smother a small fire at its start — sand for a liquid or fuel spill fire, water for ordinary combustibles — before it grows past what a first responder can handle.
There is no size fixed by a standard. A 4-bucket stand is typically built to about waist height so the buckets can be lifted without stooping, with the frame wide enough to space four 9 litre buckets of roughly 260 mm diameter along the rail, plus a back plate for signage. Give us the bucket count and the diameter you use and we set the frame around them.
Rules vary by country and by industry. They are most often specified at fuel dispensing points, LPG stores, fuel depots and industrial yards, usually alongside dry-powder extinguishers. Your local authority or insurer sets the requirement — we build to what your specification asks for rather than quoting a rule that may not apply to your site.
A fire point is a marked location holding the firefighting equipment for an area — typically extinguishers, a sand bucket or box, and a signage panel. A static fire point station bolts down; a fire point trolley puts the same equipment on wheels so it can follow hot work around a site.
Buckets yes — 9 litre, conical or flat-base, painted red and marked. Sand no: it is heavy, cheap locally, and not worth the freight. Fill on site.
Yes. Powder-coated steel is standard; hot-dip galvanising suits wet and coastal yards; SUS 304 or 316 where the atmosphere is chemically aggressive or the client wants a finish that will not chip.
We are set up for batches — dealer stock orders, project quantities and OEM programmes. Simple welded steelwork sells locally at low per-piece prices, so a single stand from us rarely makes sense; a container of stands with your branding usually does.
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. Stands and sand boxes flat-pack, so they fill the gaps around cabinets in a container and cost very little extra freight.
Yes — send a sketch, a photo or a DWG. Frames, heights, bucket counts, cradle types and signage wording are all made to order, with no tooling charge for a new configuration.
