We are the sheet-metal factory, not a trading desk. For a buyer ordering by the container, that changes three things.
You buy from the company that cuts, folds, welds and coats the cabinet. There is no trading margin between your quote and our line.
Parts are laser-cut and folded to file, so a size taken from your drawing carries no tooling or mould charge.
Every approved model keeps its drawing number. A reorder goes by number — no new sample, no new spec sheet.
Most of what leaves our workshop is somebody else’s design. Send a drawing, a BOQ line or a photo — we quote against it, build a sample, then run the batch under your name.
What we don’t make: GRP, plastic or timber enclosures · heated cabinets · sheet thinner than 0.8 mm.
What we hold: CCCF 3C (China’s mandatory fire-equipment certification), ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, and third-party Certificates of Conformity to EN 60529 for the enclosure. Valves, reels, hoses and extinguishers supplied inside the cabinet are certified bought-in parts. What we don’t hold: UL, FM, LPCB or Kitemark approval for the cabinet shell — and we never claim it. If your market or tender asks for a certificate on the cabinet itself, tell us before you order and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Check us before you pay: visit any of our three production bases with 7 days’ notice, take a live video walk-through of the workshop, or send your own inspector or a third-party agency such as SGS or BV to check the goods before shipment. Every batch also passes our own dimension, coating-thickness (≥70 μm) and weld checks, with photos sent for your approval.
Approve the sample first, then release the batch — for a buyer new to a Chinese factory, that one cabinet is the whole risk.
From a drawing, a BOQ line, a model list or a photo of the cabinet you are replacing — tiered by quantity, FOB Xiamen, Shanghai or Shenzhen.
One cabinet to your drawing in about 7 working days. The sample is paid by the buyer and can be credited against the first production order.
Mass production after sample approval, depending on quantity and finish. Several models can share one container.

Carbon steel cabinets 50 units, stainless steel 30 units, foam hydrant systems 10 units. A first order can be smaller — the point of a trial is to check the cabinet in your market before you commit to a container.
Yes, free of charge: your logo, colours, door lettering, instruction labels and packaging. There is no branding fee and no tooling fee for a new size.

It depends on the model, the size and whether the cabinets ship assembled or knocked-down. Send your model list and we work out a loading plan from the actual dimensions, with the quantity per 20 ft and 40 ft container.
