MOQ depends on product line. L1 Carbon Steel cabinets: 50 units. L2 Stainless: 30 units. L3 Foam systems: 10 units. For sample orders or first-time buyers, smaller quantities can be discussed.

Can you customize labels, logo and color for our market?

Accepted Answer

Yes — OEM is our specialty. We customize local-language labels (Bahasa / VN / Thai / English / Bahasa Malaysia), your company logo, RAL color codes, door style, and dimensions. Free OEM, 7-day sample lead time.

Question 3

What is the lead time for production?

Accepted Answer

Sample production: 7 days after design approval. Mass production lead time: 25-40 days depending on quantity. Container loading at Xiamen Port (60km from our Quanzhou base) adds 3-5 days.

Do you provide material certificates and test reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we provide SUS 304/316 mill test certificates, powder coating thickness reports (≥70μm), GB 14561 compliance reports, CCCF 3C certificate copies, and third-party EN 60529 (enclosure IP protection) Certificates of Conformity on buyer request.

Question 5

Which incoterms do you support? FOB / CIF / EXW?

Accepted Answer

We support flexible payment terms: T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A. FOB Xiamen/Shanghai/Shenzhen, CIF to your destination port, or EXW from factory (Incoterms 2020). We know trust takes time — for first-time buyers we're open to discussing trial orders with flexible deposits, sample orders against PI, or arrangements that fit your situation. Tell us your order size and we'll find terms that work for both sides.

Question 6

Do you have local certifications for ASEAN markets (SNI/TCVN/BFP/BOMBA)?

Products are engineered to meet SNI (Indonesia), TCVN (Vietnam), BFP (Philippines), BOMBA / MS (Malaysia), and Thai market specs. Formal local certification (where required by tender) is applied on a per-project basis. We work with your local consultant for compliance documentation.

Question 7

What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

Accepted Answer

SOKEI Fire warrants product conformity to ordered specifications at factory dispatch — material grade, dimensions, plate thickness, and factory welding integrity. Goods are deemed delivered when received at port/warehouse without visible damage; buyer has 14 days to report any non-conformity with photo evidence. Warranty does NOT cover surface coating scratches, UV fading, corrosion from site chemicals, mechanical damage after delivery, improper installation, or normal wear — these are inherent to product use. Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — buyer factory tours welcome at Jingjiang (Jiangsu), Quanzhou (Fujian), or Kashgar (Xinjiang) production bases. Wuxi export office hosts buyer meetings (English-speaking team). Notify us 7 days in advance to arrange.
