- Contact data: business email, WhatsApp/Zalo/WeChat ID (if you contact us via those channels)

- Consent record: timestamp and IP of your consent to this Privacy Policy

- Microsoft Corporation (USA) — Microsoft Clarity behavioral analytics: heatmaps and session replay (loaded only if you consent). Policy
- WhatsApp / WeChat / Zalo — when you choose to message us via these apps, their own privacy policies apply
7. International Data Transfers
Our server and primary data storage is located in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud, Hong Kong region). If you submit information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, ASEAN countries, or any jurisdiction outside China, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in China.
For data subjects in the EEA/UK: we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required. For ASEAN data subjects, we rely on your explicit consent (provided via the inquiry form checkbox) as the legal basis for transfer to China.
8. Data Retention
- Inquiry data: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then anonymized or deleted
- Customer order data: retained for 10 years per Chinese tax law (Tax Collection Administration Law Art. 29)
- Server access logs: 30 days
- Cookie consent record: 12 months
9. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS with HSTS preload (all traffic encrypted in transit)
- Cloudflare DDoS protection and WAF
- Server-side IP rate-limiting (5 inquiries per hour per IP)
- Honeypot and Turnstile bot protection on forms
- Restricted file access (.htaccess Deny rules on inquiry storage)
- Access controls on our database and server
No system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority of any personal data breach within 72 hours where required by GDPR Art. 33-34 or equivalent local law.
10. Your Rights (Data Subject Rights)
Regardless of where you are, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days (or shorter where local law requires, e.g. 7 days for some ASEAN jurisdictions).
10.1 Under GDPR (EEA / UK residents) and PIPL (China residents)

11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for B2B buyers, project contractors and trade professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the Site for at least 30 days and, for existing customers, by email.
