These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sokeifire.com (the "Site") operated by Jiangsu SOKEI Fire Technology Co., Ltd. ("SOKEI Fire", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All prices are in USD, EXW, FOB or CIF as specified per quotation (Incoterms 2020).
Payment terms are flexible and agreed in writing per order. Common arrangements include T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A. We understand that trust takes time to build — first-time buyers may discuss trial orders with flexible deposit structures, sample orders with payment against Proforma Invoice, or other arrangements that work for both parties. Product images on the Site are representative of our standard production. Final product specifications (dimensions, materials, labels, color, configuration) are confirmed via:
We reserve the right to make minor product improvements without prior notice, provided functionality and quality are not reduced.
All Site content (text, images, layout, code, "SOKEI" brand and logo) is owned by SOKEI Fire or licensed to us. No license is granted to you except the limited right to view content for legitimate B2B purposes. The Site does not contain images of competitors' products; if you identify an inadvertent infringement, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
For OEM orders, buyers grant SOKEI Fire a limited license to use buyer's logo, trademark and design specifications solely for the purpose of fulfilling the buyer's order. We do not use buyer's IP for any other customer.
Fire cabinets are container devices designed to house fire-fighting equipment in compliance with applicable national fire-cabinet standards. SOKEI Fire's warranty is limited to the cabinet's conformity to ordered specifications at the time of factory dispatch, not to surface aesthetics, environmental durability or component performance after installation — which are governed by site conditions and use outside our control.
SOKEI Fire warrants that products supplied under a confirmed order will conform to the following parameters at factory dispatch:
Goods are deemed delivered and accepted when received at the agreed destination without visible damage:
The buyer must inspect goods within 14 days of receipt and submit any non-conformity claim with photographic or video evidence to [email protected]. After 14 days without a reported claim, goods are conclusively deemed accepted as conforming to contract.
The following are inherent to product use and environmental conditions, not manufacturing defects, and are therefore excluded from SOKEI Fire's warranty:
Installed accessories are sourced from third-party industrial manufacturers and carry their own original-manufacturer warranties. SOKEI Fire is not the warrantor of these accessories. Where buyer reports an accessory failure within the original-manufacturer warranty period, SOKEI Fire will facilitate the warranty claim to the original supplier on a reasonable-effort basis.
Where SOKEI Fire confirms a manufacturing non-conformity reported within the 14-day inspection window, our sole remedy options are, at SOKEI Fire's reasonable election:
SOKEI Fire's total liability for any non-conformity is limited as set out in Section 7 (Limitation of Liability).
Beyond the express warranties in Section 5, the Site and its content are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SOKEI Fire does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOKEI Fire's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SOKEI Fire in the preceding 12 months for the specific order in question.
In no event shall SOKEI Fire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOKEI Fire, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or your breach of any applicable law.
SOKEI Fire shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, trade restrictions, sanctions, customs hold-ups, port strikes, pandemic-related disruptions, shipping line failures, raw material shortages, or power/network outages.
In a force majeure event, performance is suspended for the duration of the event. If duration exceeds 90 days, either party may terminate the affected order with no liability except for payment for goods already produced.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
For confirmed orders, termination terms are governed by the signed sales contract or PI. Generally:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
For international sales contracts, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies unless explicitly excluded.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any sale shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court of Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China, or, at the parties' written agreement, to arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shanghai, in English language, with three arbitrators.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site for at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed sales contract or PI, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOKEI Fire concerning the Site and any sale. They supersede any prior agreements or communications on the same subject matter.
