A rubber gasket around the door keeps out rain and dust. Lock, hinge and door lettering stay as your market expects them.
A folded lip above the door sheds water away from the opening, so rain running down the wall does not reach the seal.
Galvanised steel or SUS 304 / 316 instead of bare cold-rolled sheet, with thicker plate where the cabinet stands on its own.
Outdoor projects rarely share one standard size, so we build to the sizes you give us. A drawing, a BOQ line or a photo of the cabinet you are replacing is enough, and a new size carries no tooling or mould charge.
