Jiangsu SOKEI Fire Technology Co., Ltd. ("SOKEI Fire") publishes this notice so that customers, suppliers and partners can confirm at any time which website, email addresses and payment instructions genuinely belong to us.

Fraud targeting international trade — where a third party registers a lookalike domain and emails the buyer new bank details shortly before payment — is common in our industry. The safeguards below are simple, and they work.

The one rule that matters

SOKEI Fire will never notify a change of bank account by email.

If you receive any message asking you to send payment to a different account, a different beneficiary name, or a different country — however official it looks, whoever it appears to be from, and however urgent it sounds — do not transfer. Contact us first on the WhatsApp number below and confirm with the colleague you have been dealing with.

1. Our official website

CORRECT sokeifire.com — one word, no hyphen, no other spelling.

Every genuine page of ours is served from https://sokeifire.com. We do not operate any other website, storefront, catalogue portal or "dealer" site.

2. Our official email addresses

All genuine correspondence from our team ends in @sokeifire.com. Our primary business address is:

We do not use free mailbox services (Gmail, Outlook.com, QQ, 163, Yahoo or similar) for quotations, invoices or payment instructions. An offer arriving from a free mailbox is not from us, even if the signature and logo look correct.

3. Domains that are NOT ours

We publish known lookalike domains here so that you can check against them. As at the date above, the following domain does not belong to SOKEI Fire and is not authorised to represent us in any way:

This list is updated if further imitations appear. When in doubt, compare the sender's address character by character with @sokeifire.com.

4. How to verify that a message is really from us

Check the spelling of the domain, not the display name. Email software shows a friendly name such as "SOKEI Fire Export" that anyone can set; what counts is the address after the @ sign.
Confirm by voice or WhatsApp before any first payment, and before acting on any change to previously agreed details.
Use the number published on this page — never a number contained in the suspicious message itself.
Treat urgency as a warning sign. Genuine changes to commercial terms are never rushed, and we will always accept a short delay for verification.

5. Payment details

Our banking details appear on our official Proforma Invoice, issued from @sokeifire.com and bearing our company chop. The beneficiary name always matches our registered company name, Jiangsu SOKEI Fire Technology Co., Ltd.

We do not request payment to a personal account, to a third-party company, or to a beneficiary in a country other than the one shown on the original Proforma Invoice.

6. If you receive something suspicious

Please forward it to us. It helps us protect other customers, and we will confirm within one business day whether it came from us.
